Tutorial Bootloader 1 error

Hi
I had a question that I hope someone can help me with. I had try to follow the tutorial 3: Bootloaders
But I had some problem.
Here is what I had done so far.
1: download the tools that I needed (partcopy, nasm,vfd)
2: copy the code from the tutorial to a boot1.asm file and compile it.
3: run the virtual floppy disk with success.
4: Now I try to use the partcopy command. But here I got a error 'divide error'?
Can someone tell what can be wrong here.
Maybe it's a stupid question, but can it had anything to do with that I'm running it on Vista?
